If USER PERMISSIONS are not granted/removed as instructed when you checkout, and we cannot fulfill your order, we will instead ship your entire order to the address on file to complete and finalize the order.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY (AMAZON BRAND APPROVALS):

All brand approval sales are FINAL!

We start working on your brand approval the moment you place the order, and our customer service team will be contacting you within 48 hours (business hours) of purchase to confirm all personal/business information is correct, and User Permissions are completed. 

Make sure to provide the BEST contact phone number to reach you at upon purchase so our team can contact you ASAP!

As long as you provide all necessary information needed to complete your approval, your request for approval will be submitted to Amazon within 7 days. 

This process MAY TAKE up to 180 days, as we cannot control Amazon's response/approval time. 

If you are NOT APPROVED within 180 days of Amazon Approval Submission, we will exchange the brand approval for a new brand, or give you an upload of products that are unrestricted into Amazon. Whichever you prefer. 

If you choose the upload into Amazon, you will receive a 75% order, and 25% of the initial brand approval charge will become a labor fee associated with the 6 months of labor we put into trying for the approval.

There are NO REFUNDS with Brand Approvals. 

Once the client's Amazon account is approved to sell the brand/category that was requested for approval, the client will be notified through an email from Wholesale Universe, Inc.

If the client has any further concerns on the scope of work, we expect an email reply from the client within 48 hours upon receiving the above notification from Wholesale Universe, Inc. 

When there is no reply from the client within 48 hours after completing the service and notified, we consider the service to be 100% delivered and accepted by the client, and will not be eligible for any further dispute.

User Permissions must be left for us to submit your brand approval to Amazon. If User Permmissions, or access to your Amazon Account is revoked, then the Brand Approval process will be marked as "Completed", and there will be no further action taken by Wholesale Universe. 

DO NOT REMOVE USER PERMISSIONS UNLESS YOU ARE FINISHED WITH THE APPROVAL. 

Wholesale Universe will not be responsible, nor refund the rendering of our services, should Amazon change their “category/directory structure layout” or determine that your recent category approval (which we assisted with) has been suddenly revoked.

This includes examples such as, but not limited to: account suspension issues, ASIN issues, brand gated issues, neglectful seller account management, or lack of or no sales activity in that certain category once approved.

We do not control Amazon nor the Amazon sellers account once approved with our services.

Shipping Policy:

If you are ordering products to be Shipped To You, we typically ship all items within 7-14 days or less. Ship To You times are subject to change based on conditions we cannot control (weather, freight stoppages, etc). 

If you are ordering products to be uploaded and shipped into Amazon, we typically ship those within 30 days or less. 

Amazon upload times are subject to change based on conditions we cannot control (weather, freight stoppages, etc.)
